Ingredients
  

  • FIRST SNACK
  • 1/2 cup cashew nuts
  • 1/2 cup almond nuts
  • 1/4 cup peanuts
  • 1/4 cup coconut chips
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • A dash of vanilla essence
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup instant oats
  • SECOND SNACK
  • Nut butter of choice
  • Apples

Instructions
 

  • For the first snack
  • Peel the Bananas and place on a flat plate.
  • Then mesh it up using the back of a fork.
  • In a food processor, add the meshed-up bananas, the nuts (cashew, almond, pea), raisins, coconut chips, oats, cinnamon, drizzle of
  • vanilla essence, and some honey.
  • Blend till all the ingredients are well combined.
  • For the second snack
  • Place the nut butter in a bowl and set aside.

Notes

You can use any nut butter of your choice.
  • Now slice up the apples into round shapes. Be careful so that they come out looking even.
  • Afterwards, using a pairing knife gently remove the core of the apples in a circular motion to create a hole. This is what will form it
    into apple doughnuts.
  • The nut butter can be diluted with a little bit of water if it is too thick to achieve a semi-solid consistency.
  • Afterwards, generously coat the surface of each apple slice with the nut butter until you have covered the entire surface.
  • Crush up some nuts and sprinkle it on each of the apple slices just to make it look extra pretty and to add a little bit of crunch to the
    snack as well.
  • • Serve on a platter and enjoy.
